PAYE – You’re paid directly by Clearstep Recruitment. We handle all tax and NI deductions and provide your payslips, P60s, or P45s.
Umbrella Company – A third-party company manages your payments (fees may apply). We work with a list of approved umbrella companies who meet our compliance standards. Your consultant can share this list. Clearstep pays them pre-tax, and they handle all deductions. For payslip or rate queries, please contact your umbrella company directly.
